Chokhi Dhani is a ethnic village setup with people skilled in different things. There are Countryside games, traditional folk songs, dancers, magic shows as well as puppet shows, Bailgari, Camel/Hathi savari, Jhoola & a lot of stalls with different entertainment games.
The main part is the Rajasthani food served in the Dinner. The place has an outdoor seating setup as well as an air conditioned inside seating arrangement. A lot of things are served in a specific order & you can ask for anything anytime. Serving the conventional thali consisting of excellent daal baati choorma, khichdi, Dal Pachhmelri, Kadi Besanro , Makki/Bajara Roti, gatta, Chhachh, Lassi, Papad and mouth watering malpuas, everything with generous amounts of ghee (butter), they push the whole concept of culture in its true form, a little over the edge.
The National Museum at Chokhi Dhani is a unique and true exertion at portraying Indian states in all their glory. At the National Museum, you can experience each state’s unique culture, tradition and be invited by a man of that State! At Choki Dhani we have created a mini India. You can now sample all the richness of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Pondicherry, Kerala, Sikkim, and Jammu & Kashmir at Chokhi Dhani National Museum.
At Chokhi Dhani cultural village the epic battle of Haldighati and its glorious history is recreated. In 1576, the Haldighati battle was fought between 20,000 Rajputs against a Mughal armed force of 80,000 men where Maharana Pratap showcased excellent valor. At this village Haldighati mountain preserved with details.
